This APP includes 30-40 minute workouts using dumbbells and a treadmill (or run outside). Simple, challenging workouts. Perfect for any traveler or if you have some basic equipment at home.

MONDAY - Upper Body. Focus on muscle groups from the waist up. As always, abs.

Tuesday - Lower Body. Got to have a great set of legs and booty. Never miss a leg day.

Wednesday - Arms Abs Etc.. Says it in the name. Sneaking in some small muscle groups around the shoulders. Oh yea, more abs.

Thursday - Shredder day. Our version of a cardiovascular workout. You won’t do extra running or anything, but your heart rate will stay up. A must.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Full Body. Hit all the muscle groups in case you missed them earlier in the week. Each “Full Body” is different. Tune in and get moving.
